Welcome to the TAIFU website, run by Dyna Royalty Trading Corp., By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Using the Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
Give true and complete information when ordering or creating an account.
Keep your account password private. You are responsible for orders made under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

2. Products & Prices

We try to show product photos, specs, and prices accurately. Actual colors and small details may vary slightly.
Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
Prices and stock may change without notice. If a price or stock error happens, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Choose the right pump for your needs. If unsure, contact us before ordering.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation by email or SMS.
We accept GCash, Maya, credit/debit card, bank transfer, COD.
We may cancel orders that look fraudulent, have wrong details, or cannot be delivered.
You will receive an official receipt or invoice for every purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide. Estimated delivery: Metro Manila: 1-3 days | Provinces: 2-8 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by weather, holidays, or courier issues.
Check your package when it arrives. Report damaged, missing, or wrong items within 7 days with photos or an unboxing video.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return items that are defective, damaged in delivery, or not what you ordered within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused (except to check for defects), complete, and in original packaging, with the receipt.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong model chosen by the buyer, or damage from misuse or wrong installation.

6. Warranty

TAIFU water pumps come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date.
Warranty does not cover: dry running, wrong voltage or unstable power, pumping liquids the pump is not made for, wrong installation, flood or lightning damage, normal wear, or repairs by unauthorized persons.
Keep your receipt or invoice. It is required for all warranty claims.

7. Safe and Proper Use

Follow the product manual and safety instructions. We recommend installation by a qualified plumber or electrician. Using the product in ways it was not designed for is at your own risk.

8. Limit of Liability

To the extent allowed by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or water damage, caused by misuse, wrong installation, or events beyond our control. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

9. Website Content

All content on this website, including the TAIFU name, logos, photos, and text, belongs to Dyna Trading Royalty Corp. or its partners. Do not copy or use it without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms anytime. The latest version will always be on this page. Using the website after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the proper courts of Valenzuela City.
